Nelson City Medical Centre

Nelson City Medical Centre is a busy general practice with a range of patients representative of the city. We operate as one entity, but we have two physical locations – Nelson on Collingwood Street and Titoki, three minutes drive away on Waimea Road. We are 100% owned by South Link Health Services, under the umbrella of the South Link Education Trust. We currently have 8 GP’s, a Nurse Prescriber, 5 Nurses, 4 Admins/Receptionists, a Practice Manager and a Second-in-Charge. We are part of Nelson Bays Primary Health, who are our PHO.
