Mrs Bottomley’s Flowers

Our beautiful shop is named in honour of Lizzie’s maternal grandmother Millie Eleanor Watkins aka Millicent Bottomley. Our name, like us (and the original Mrs Bottomley) is a little quirky. We take great pride in delivering flowers that are whimsical, fun and different, and our name reflects that. Mrs Millicent Bottomley was a quite a character. She read, knitted and listened to the Archers or parliament simultaneously each afternoon. She also adored picking the seasonal blooms of violet and freesia along with fruits of the garden to preserve.
